Classification of tool cabinets

       1. By usage location: factory workshop tool cabinets, school-specific tool cabinets, and household tool cabinets.
       2. By load capacity: light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty tool cabinets.
       3. By drawer structure: single-rail drawers (drawers cannot be fully extended, similar to home lockers but with higher load capacity); double-rail drawers (with fixed and movable rails, drawers can be fully extended); three-section rail drawers (ball bearing slides); and I-beam rails (simple rails with lower load capacity, cheaper).
       4. By workbench grade classification:
Workbenches serve as reference planes for precision measurement or scribing, so the flatness of the workbench surface represents the main accuracy indicator of plate quality.
The flatness of the workbench surface refers to the distance between two parallel planes that envelop the actual surface at minimum distance. The allowable tolerance values for workbench surface flatness are divided into several grades based on their numerical size, known as workbench flatness accuracy. The number of grades and the distribution of tolerance values vary across different national standards. Equipped with drawer safety hooks to ensure drawers do not accidentally slide out when closed, and drawers will not fall out when 100% opened.
       Chinese workbench standards divide workbenches into 6 grades: 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3, corresponding roughly to the 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 9 flatness tolerance grades specified in GB1184-80.
Since 000-grade plates are not commercially available, the regulations classify plate accuracy into 5 grades: 00, 0, 1, 2, and 3.
