The manufacturing process of        high and low beds combines the three core links of material processing, molding processing and surface treatment. The specific process is as follows:

       1. Material pretreatment

       Select a good cold-rolled steel plate or square tube as the main material, remove surface impurities and form a rust-proof bottom layer through degreasing, derusting, phosphating and other processes.For example, the column adopts 38mm × 38mm square tube with a thickness of 1.0mm, and the beam adopts 50mm × 25mm specifications with a thickness of 1.0mm to ensure structural strength.

       2. Molding and welding

The plate is rolled into hollow shaped columns and beams by        using a mold, and reinforcing ribs are installed on the front to increase the load-bearing capacity.Carbon dioxide protection welding technology is used in the welding process to ensure that the weld is flat and there is no risk of opening the weld.After welding is completed, check the pipe wall for cracks or bent wrinkles.

       3. Surface treatment

Through the electrostatic spraying process, the powder is evenly adsorbed on the metal surface, and then baked and cured at a high temperature above 200 °C to form a dense coating.This process is superior to traditional paint spraying in terms of adhesion and corrosion resistance, and the volatilization of harmful substances at high temperatures is better, which meets environmental protection standards.

       4. Assembly and testing

       The components are connected by bolts or snaps to avoid abnormal noise caused by direct fixing of the screws.The finished product needs to undergo a load-bearing test (usually marked with a large bearing capacity), and check whether the nozzle is sharp and the weld is smooth to ensure safe use.

Through standardized production and strict quality inspection, the process makes the high and low beds both beautiful, durable and environmentally friendly, meeting the dual needs of modern homes for quality and space utilization.
